<p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text">This role combines formal people management with broad cross-functional leadership across research, platform, translational, preclinical, development, and portfolio functions. <p><strong>The Ideal Candidate will have:</strong></p>

Your actual base salary will be based on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, relevant education or training, and market dynamics.
