Senior CIAM Technical Delivery Lead (Ping Identity)

We’re looking for a Senior CIAM Technical Delivery Lead (Ping Identity) to provide technical leadership, architecture assurance and implementation oversight for a large-scale customer identity and access management transformation.
This is a senior technical role for someone who can get into the detail — reviewing architecture and designs, challenging technical decisions, validating Ping Identity configurations and integrations, and ensuring the solution is secure, scalable, resilient and production-ready.
Hands-on Ping Identity implementation experience is mandatory.
What you’ll be doing

• Provide senior technical oversight across the Ping Identity CIAM implementation.
• Review and validate high- and low-level architecture and solution designs.
• Assess Ping Identity configurations, policies, integrations and technical deliverables.
• Lead technical design reviews and challenge assumptions where required.
• Validate authentication, authorisation, SSO, MFA and identity lifecycle solutions.
• Review integrations across applications, APIs, mobile platforms and enterprise systems.
• Assess technical testing, performance, resilience, failover and production readiness.
• Identify technical risks and gaps, drive remediation and verify closure.
• Provide technical leadership across architects, engineers, application teams and delivery partners.
• Ensure technical documentation, operational readiness and knowledge transfer meet the required standard.
• Proven hands-on Ping Identity implementation experience — PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingAM and/or PingOne.
• Extensive experience across IAM, cybersecurity engineering or enterprise identity delivery.
• Strong CIAM experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience as a CIAM Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SSO, MFA, federation and API security.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for large customer populations.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication, federation and integration issues.
• Experience with cloud, networking, load balancing, certificates, encryption and security controls.
• The confidence to challenge technical decisions and hold delivery teams accountable for quality.
