About The Role
Are you a commercially driven technology professional who thrives on growing client relationships, uncovering opportunities and turning them into meaningful business outcomes?
We’re looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team and take ownership of key client relationships, with a strong focus on account growth, new opportunities and long-term partnerships.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the client, understands technology and consulting, and has the commercial drive to identify where we can create more value.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and grow strategic client relationships, becoming a trusted technology partner
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and share of wallet
- Identify, qualify and lead new business and expansion opportunities
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Partner with our consulting and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client needs
- Lead opportunities from origination through to closure and handover
- Develop account plans, sales pipelines and forecasts
- Understand client challenges and connect them with the right technology, consulting and managed services capabilities
- Collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management or client development within IT consulting, technology services or professional services
- A proven track record of growing existing accounts and generating new opportunities
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to engage credibly with technology leaders
- Commercially minded, proactive and hungry to win
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and navigating complex organisations
- Strong consultative selling skills — you understand the client's business before selling the solution
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across sales, consulting and delivery teams
