<p>In charge of Incoming Quality activities at AMP2 KSA and works with cross-functional<br>teams throughout the entire Manufacturing operations working proactively to protect the<br>Lucid production lines from Quality issues, secure Quality of parts prior to their<br>introduction to the line. Contains Supplier Quality issues and monitors Supplier Quality<br>Performance and improvement.</p>
<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>

<li>Deploy Incoming Quality Strategy, processes and activities.</li>
<li>Set-up Quality resources and tools.</li>
<li>React immediately to any Supplier-related abnormality with urgency bringing an<br>immediate containment and interim solution to the affected process to protect the internal and external customer.</li>
<li>Challenge containment solutions and execution timing.</li>
<li>Develop and deploy Incoming Quality inspection methods, tools, methodologies and work instructions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT team to build and update the incoming Quality SAP module within<br>SAP.</li>
<li>Train and coach Incoming Quality team members.</li>
<li>Monitor Statistical Process Control through SAP when required.</li>
<li>Ensure Incoming Quality Inspection recording and accuracy.</li>
<li>Develop quality plans, design test methods and gages, identify potential failure modes<br>and process weaknesses and drive corrective actions.</li>
<li>Create and implement departmental processes such as control and reaction plans to<br>protect factory’s Quality & delivery with excellent cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>Close interaction with suppliers, Supplier Quality Development, Supply Chain and Quality<br>Engineering teams to align requirements and expectations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers and supplier’s residents to ensure immediate reaction to<br>Quality Issues.</li>
<li>Manage supplier claims process including chargeback and tracking of problem-solving<br>milestones and due dates.</li>
<li>Support Material Review Board process to investigate for supplier non-conformities and<br>determine root cause and work with cross-functional team to identify and implement<br>corrective actions, drive sustained long-term permanent and preventive actions</li>
<li>Manage third party services in house for sorting and repair/touch-up including resources<br>design, reporting and regular performance evaluation.</li>
<li>Track Supplier Quality Performance through defined KPIs and reactions modes including<br>escalation process.</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings and an in-depth knowledge of<br>quality standards and specifications.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, Strong analytical and problem solving<br>skills.</li>
<li>Cross-functional Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data driven,<br>be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem<br>solving.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and<br>Outlook).</li>
<li>Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized.</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>

<li>BSc/master's degree in engineering required (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical<br>preferred).</li>
<li>2-5 years in a high-volume OEM manufacturing background is a Must.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years of Experience within the same role is Required.</li>
<li>Able to influence, gain consensus and can interface well with senior management.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.</li>
<li>Strong data analysis and visualization skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SAP Quality Module is required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System application is a plus.</li>
