At The Pokémon Company International (TPCi), technology plays a critical role in creating experiences that connect millions of Pokémon fans around the world. In this role, you'll design, develop, and support scalable software solutions while partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, and help advance engineering best practices. Through strong technical execution and collaboration, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, innovative, and engaging experiences for the global Pokémon community.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions and services.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Lead the implementation of complex features and technical initiatives from design through production.</span></li>

<li>Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.</li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Experience delivering software solutions through the full development lifecycle.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problems and drive work to completion.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #1b1b1b;"><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Experience with full stack development patterns and technologies such as Golang, TypeScript, React, RESTful design patterns, AWS CDK and infrastructure as code, Postgres, NoSQL, and containerized and serverless architectures. Some exposure to Python and JavaScript a plus.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Strong understanding of software development principles, system design fundamentals, and modern engineering practices.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Experience evaluating technical solutions and contributing to architectural and design discussions.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #1b1b1b;">Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.</span></li>

<p><span class="emphasis-3"><strong><em>Base Salary Range: </em></strong></span>For this role, new hires generally start between $117,485 - $156,318 per year. The full range is $117,485 - $211,605 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
