  • Oversee park presentation, asset management and preventative maintenance programs to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and guest-ready.
  • Manage capital improvement projects and operational initiatives that enhance both guest satisfaction and business performance.
  • Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and compliance are maintained across all areas of the park.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training to build a capable and engaged team.
  • Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods while maintaining high standards across the park.

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a positive, engaged team culture.
  • Confidence managing workplace health and safety, risk management, compliance, and operational standards.
  • A hands-on and adaptable leadership style, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and the local community.
  • A proactive mindset with the energy, creativity and drive to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
