About The Role

Work Schedule:
Part-time, 90% FTE (36 hours per week). Hours are to be determined. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:
UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:

  • Join our team the focuses on resident centered and recognizes that all residents are individuals who need to have choices, control and purpose in life.
  • Provide compassionate care to elderly patients and support their families.
  • Provide medical care, take vitals, administer medications and monitor residents

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Upon Hire Required
