<p><span data-contrast="auto">As Services Associate, Road Events, you are the dedicated sport contact for services matters with the IFs (UCI, World Triathlon and World Athletics) covering accommodation, transportation, accreditation, and hospitality. You work alongside the Sport Managers and technical operations leads across the different disciplines, keeping databases, planning documents, and team meetings current. You advocate for athletes, technical officials, and federation guests, and you lead paid staff and sport-specific volunteers at Games time. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role.
