About The Role

Who You Are
You are a salesperson. You have spent 3+ years in a dedicated sales role, you have carried a quota, you know what it feels like to hit a target, and you identify with sales as your profession. Your work history shows consistency, and you are ready for a long-term placement with a single U.S.-based client where you can build, grow, and close.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outbound and inbound sales activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients by understanding their needs and business goals.
  • Present and recommend solutions that align with each client's specific situation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM — every interaction logged, every stage current.
  • Follow up on proposals, move deals forward, and flag stalled opportunities proactively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and weekly activity KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the client team to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a dedicated sales role — required and must be documented on your resume as a sales position, not customer service or support.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong spoken and written English — C1 minimum.
  • Willingness to work 100% on-site in our office located in San Isidro, Lima.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) — required.
  • Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.

Benefits

  • Compensation: S/ 2,200 – S/ 2,500 per month based on experience.
  • Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General).
  • 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations.
  • Private health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the start.
  • Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client.
  • Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts.
  • Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture.
  • Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years.
