About The Role

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about implementation projects and eager to grow and develop in this area.   • Assist with mapping and documenting processes.
  • Configure the system using technical information provided by clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Configure client testing and production environments to enable the use of system features and resources.
  • Validate and deploy extensions developed within the client environment, ensuring they are ready for presentation and use.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for clients and other company employees.
  • Provide support to internal and external clients by providing information and guidance on matters related to the area of expertise.
  • Ensure greater user engagement with Labsoft's services and products.
  • Guide clients in identifying and purchasing equipment and infrastructure installation services required to support the systems provided.
  • Research, compile, develop, and share up-to-date information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze and investigate system issues, failures, and logs.
  • Identify and propose process and procedure improvements related to the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with other project team members and cross-functional teams to ensure the necessary technical understanding and alignment for successful project execution.
  • Study and analyze the impacts and applications of system resources resulting from configuration changes.
  • Propose and develop initiatives aligned with strategic guidelines, including work plans and budgets.
  • Follow the department's and company's methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Delegate and manage tasks for assistants and interns to support and streamline activities.
  • Perform other duties related to the implementation and customer support processes, as assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Experience working with laboratory routines and processes.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Advanced or fluent English.
Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good presentation and training skills for user training.
Proactive and organized.
Basic knowledge of ISO/I
