Reservations Supervisor

Omicron Hotels Group is looking for an organized, responsible, and communicative Reservations Supervisor to oversee the coordination and smooth operation of the Reservations Department, contributing to the effective management of reservations, availability, and agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Reservations Department.
• Monitor rates, pricing policies, and correct rate application.
• Prepare and monitor statistical reports.
• Manage contracts with Travel Agencies (TAs) and Tour Operators (TOs).
• Manage and monitor the payment system.
• Manage the reservations plan and availability across online booking channels.
• Maintain close cooperation and daily communication with partner agencies.
• Work closely with the Front Office Department to ensure accurate and timely updates regarding arrivals, departures, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Department on matters relating to invoicing, payments, and outstanding financial issues.
• Monitor the accurate entry and management of reservations.
• Coordinate and resolve issues arising throughout the reservation process.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of the reservations process and online distribution channels.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
• Professionalism, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
