Join our Administrative Support team as a Receptionist located in our Las Vegas office.

This role will be based in our Las Vegas office, on an in-office basis. This role reports to the Business Director.
Position Summary:
The primary focus of the receptionist position is to act as the first point of contact for visitors and to manage the flow of incoming calls to the Las Vegas office. This position also performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the office needs. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as first point of contact for all visitors. Greets visitors and promptly notifies internal parties of arrival.
- Answers incoming calls and directs them appropriately.
- Coordinates conference room reservations and proactively monitors conference room schedule to avoid conflicts and resolves minor issues relating there to.
- Orders catering for all meetings and maintains a good rapport with caterers.
- Coordinates transportation needs for internal and external customers, including cabs and car services to airport, court, etc.
- Reserves visitor offices as needed and accommodates visitors upon arrival.
- Accurately and thoroughly maintains visitor/delivery logs and outgoing package logs.
- Ensures all visitors check in at reception immediately upon arrival to maintain security.
- Maintains high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, carrying, bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, balancing, stooping, overhead reaching, handling of heavy objects (minimum 20 lbs.), walking and standing long periods of time.
Education & Prior Experience
- High School Diploma; College Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or other administrative clerical position in a professional environment.
Technology
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support daily workflow and/or improve work quality.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move from workstation or desk throughout the work area to work independently or with a team to meet with colleagues or supervisor and retrieve work assignments.
- This position may also be sedentary and require the employee to sit for extended periods of time.
- Requires manual dexterity to use a phone, enter data into a computer, handle objects, and use office equipment.
- Requires physical mobility, including the ability to move frequently as needed for mail and supplies delivery or other similar tasks, ability to bend, lift, push, pull required; ability of handling heavy objects (40 lbs or less) and overhead reaching, as well as walk and stand for long periods of time.


The expected pay range for this position is:
$23.04 to $24.52 per hour 

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
