Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the team and provide hands-on marketing support directly from our resort.

Responsibilities:

Create photo and video content on-site, capturing the resort, facilities, services, events and guest experiences;

Create and adapt visual marketing materials for different departments and business needs;

Design and prepare flyers, posters, menus, event materials, promotional materials and other visual assets;

Design and create menu layouts and other visual materials for the resort's restaurants and hospitality services;

Handle marketing and communication requests coming from department heads and managers across the resort;

Work closely with the Marketing team in Bucharest to implement local marketing initiatives and projects;

Identify content and promotional needs on-site and proactively propose suitable solutions;

Manage multiple ad-hoc requests and prioritize tasks according to urgency and business needs;

Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and turn them into practical marketing materials.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design or a similar role;

Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or resorts is preferred;

Creative mindset and good visual sense;
-
Good attention to detail;
-
Proactive and able to work independently;
-
Good communication and organizational skills;
-
High school diploma.
