About The Role
Deliver high-quality client service operations by executing day-to-day administrative tasks and processing requests within established SLAs. This role ensures operational excellence through precise documentation, data compilation, and the seamless delivery of both standard and additional agreed KC services to all stakeholders
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in obtaining and verifying client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Execute data entry and documentation tasks to support daily client service operations and transaction records.
- Support the processing of policy-related transactions, including renewals, endorsements, and enrolments, under guided supervision.
- Maintain organized service transaction records to support internal reporting and audit requirements.
- Notify clients regarding pending documentation or basic service updates in a timely manner.
- Draft routine service-related emails and updates for internal and external communication using established templates.
- Provide basic clarification on policy details to clients and brokers as directed.
- Escalate service issues, delays, or discrepancies to the relevant team or Line Manager for resolution.
- Meet internal service-level timelines (SLAs) for responding to client inquiries and processing standard requests.
- Identify and report recurring client inquiries or patterns to supervisors for further analysis.
- Follow evolving client service requirements and apply basic process adjustments as instructed by the team lead.
Quality & Excellence Management
- Strictly observe and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine checks on service transactions for consistency and accuracy to maintain high-quality delivery.
- Confirm client information is aligned with company policies prior to finalizing any transaction.
- Compile and present basic service reports and performance metrics to supervisors as required.
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Insurance, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, or equivalent is advantageous.
