<p>Environmental Air Products (EAP) is seeking a <strong>Sales Engineer</strong> to join our team in Cincinnati. This unique opportunity combines engineering expertise, customer relationships, and technical consulting within the commercial and industrial HVAC industry. As a leading manufacturer's representative, EAP partners with consulting engineers, contractors, and manufacturers to deliver innovative HVAC solutions throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.</p>

We are seeking a professional who can become a trusted advisor to consulting engineers while helping grow and maintain long-standing customer relationships.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with consulting engineers throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.</li>
<li>Support customers with equipment selection, application guidance, and technical solutions.</li>
<li>Promote industry-leading manufacturers through specification selling and technical presentations.</li>
<li>Develop new relationships while strengthening existing customer connections.</li>
<li>Collaborate with manufacturers, contractors, and engineering firms throughout the design process.</li>
<li>Attend customer meetings, networking events, manufacturer training programs, and industry conferences.</li>
<li>Manage assigned engineering accounts and help expand EAP's presence within the engineering community.</li>
<li>Grow and develop relationships within an established customer base while building new connections over time.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC design, consulting engineering, application engineering, mechanical systems, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>HVAC industry knowledge and familiarity with equipment selection are strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and CRM systems is beneficial.</li>
<li>Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness.</li>
<li>Ability to travel throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.</li>
