<p>As a <strong>Construction Project Manager</strong> at ElitAire, you will provide application support for internal and external customers using equipment selection and application knowledge.</p>
<p>Other responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders.</li>
<li>Coordinate start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting support with service teams and technicians.</li>
<li>Provide technical support and develop proposals and pricing estimates.</li>
<li>Apply HVAC airside and waterside knowledge to support equipment selection and application.</li>
<li>Understand multiple technologies across manufacturer equipment lines.</li>
<li>Create equipment selections using manufacturer software and resources.</li>
<li>Support Account Managers and customers with proper equipment selection and application.</li>
<li>Develop scopes and proposals with itemized project costs.</li>
<li>Document selection criteria and maintain project files.</li>
<li>Assist Account Managers with customer-specific marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Provide project updates and clear communication throughout the lifecycle.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits as needed; travel estimated at 10%–25%.</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. Additionally, this candidate will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management or Industrial; preferred. Equivalent years of experience will also be considered.</li>
<li>Site visits; required (travel is estimated to be between 10%-25%)</li>
<li>HVAC Project Management; preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word, and Excel.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to customer needs.</li>
</ul>
