<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Technical Lead Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering, you will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex customer deployments to the Securiti AI platform within Veeam.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will own three key areas: your team’s growth and performance, delivery across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and the customer experience from first deployment through scaled use. You will help your team turn complex data, security, privacy, and AI needs into clear technical outcomes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will stay close to the work by reviewing architecture, guiding technical decisions, supporting escalations, and improving the patterns and tools your team uses to deliver.
