We are looking for graduates to join our Intelligent Infrastructure team in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, helping to harness data, digital technology and innovative solutions to improve the performance, sustainability and resilience of infrastructure assets.

A little bit more about your role and the team…
As a Graduate in our Intelligent Infrastructure teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that use data, digital technologies and innovative solutions to improve the way infrastructure is planned, delivered and operated. Our Intelligent Infrastructure team improves the operational and safety performance of transportation networks, including aspects of new mobility including human-centred design, connectivity, cyber security, and zero emission vehicles (ZEVs).
In this team, you will be supported by experienced consultants, engineers and digital specialists, and given exposure to real-world challenges. You will be analysing data, developing digital solutions, supporting asset management strategies, using industry-leading software and analytical tools, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and helping to solve complex infrastructure challenges through technology and innovation.

What we’re looking for

You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.

You will have an interest in digital technology, computer science, system engineering, data, infrastructure, human-centred design and using innovative solutions to improve how infrastructure is planned, delivered and operated.

You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve complex challenges for clients.
- You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.

You will take ownership of your work and development while creating value for clients.

You will actively seek opportunities to develop your technical and digital skills across a range of infrastructure sectors.
