Join Maxis Academy as a Network Enterprise Digital Transformation Intern and gain hands-on exposure to meaningful digital transformation initiatives. You will help translate business needs into practical digital solutions, supporting the development of AI-enabled tools, dashboards and automation that can enhance planning and engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business-to-Digital Translation: Assist in translating business requirements into clear digitisation requirements, helping to ensure solutions address real operational needs.

Architecture & Roadmap Support: Support the development of digitisation architectures and roadmaps informed by industry practices.

AI-Enabled Solution Development: Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions, including digital tools, dashboards and automation initiatives.

Project Coordination: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support timely progress, alignment and delivery of digitisation projects.

Continuous Improvement: Bring a curious, analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improving processes through digital solutions.
Value-Added Project
You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to digital transformation solutions that support the evolution of network planning and engineering. Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related technical discipline.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI concepts; relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Data & Automation Skills: Exposure to scripting and Power BI is preferred.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Mindset: Curious, proactive and open-minded, with a willingness to learn, collaborate and explore new technologies.

Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable engaging with different stakeholders and contributing effectively within a project team.
