About The Role

We’re hiring a Quality Technician II to join a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA.
This is a hands-on inspection role supporting the production of complex, close-tolerance machined components. You’ll work directly with precision measurement equipment, engineering drawings, inspection requirements, and manufacturing teams to ensure finished components meet customer and engineering specifications.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of quality inspection or precision manufacturing experience who wants to continue developing their technical skills in a modern manufacturing environment.
Logistics:

  • 1st Shift
  • $29-33/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect precision-manufactured components for dimensional and visual conformity
  • Perform in-process and final inspections against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
  • Use precision measurement and inspection equipment, including:
  • Manual measuring instruments
  • CMMs
  • Visual measurement systems
  • Mylar inspection tools
  • Other specialized inspection equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and inspection requirements
  • Perform visual, workmanship, material handling, and paint/coating inspections as required
  • Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions
  • Complete and maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality records
  • Communicate inspection results directly with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of quality inspection, manufacturing, or related experience
  • Experience inspecting precision-manufactured or machined components
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools and dimensional inspection
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate measurements
  • Ability to recognize and clearly document nonconforming product
  • Basic computer skills for entering and maintaining inspection data
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
