<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As an <strong>Insights Consultant,</strong> you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customers receive maximum value from their insights programme. Acting as the main point of contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities to strengthen the partnership.</span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will collaborate with our Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, insightful, and aligned with client expectations. By coordinating internal stakeholders and maintaining high editorial and service standards, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will also develop a strong understanding of each client's evolving needs, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities, and sharing these insights with internal stakeholders to support client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage regular communication with client teams via email, phone, and occasional in-person meetings to understand their needs, align on service expectations, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as the link between clients and internal teams, identifying and resolving issues quickly, whether related to service delivery, editorial quality, or contractual requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with teams across Cision to ensure clients receive a seamless experience across all areas of the business.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, support retention, and contribute to account growth through renewals and upsell opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify client risks, opportunities, and actions required to support long-term success.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Skills and Experience:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in PR, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field is desirable.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content.</span></li>
