Job Role:
To manage and monitor all catering materials and equipment.
Duties:
Maintain inventory list of all catering items (chafing dishes, plates, cutleries, glasses, tables, chairs, linens, buffet equipment)
Check and count all items upon return from events
List and report missing / damaged items
Ensure all equipment is clean, complete, and properly stored
Update inventory records daily
Requirements:
Experience in catering inventory is preferred
Honest, organized, and responsible
Able to read and write inventory checklists
Willing to work long hours during event days
