&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive &lt;strong&gt;Shared Services Officer (Accounts Payable/Receivable)&lt;/strong&gt; to join our dynamic finance team. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;This is a junior/entry-level role responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and various Accounts Receivable functions&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate vendor accounts, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. &lt;strong&gt;You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and ongoing use of our EPICOR ERP system&lt;/strong&gt;, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Please Note - Eligibility:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Applicants must have full and permanent working rights in Lima-Peru&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Criteria:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience as an intern or assistant in Accounts Payable or Receivable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intermediate or advanced English level skills, able to communicate effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in accurate invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail, process-complaint and organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desirable but not a must-have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with EPICOR or other ERP systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with purchasing processes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exposure to multi-regional operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diploma in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).&lt;/li&gt;
