<p>CloudSEK is seeking a motivated and versatile <strong>Cybersecurity Operations Analyst</strong> to join our expanding global team. This is a <strong>multifaceted role</strong> that blends <strong>Product Support</strong>, <strong>Cyber Threat Takedown Operations</strong>, and <strong>Security Event Analysis</strong>. You will be the <strong>first line of defense</strong> in securing our customers and upholding the integrity of their digital presence.</p>
<p>This position is ideal for candidates who are early to mid in their cybersecurity career with 1-2 years of exp and are passionate about threat detection, user support, and protecting brands from malicious online activity.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>1. Technical Product Support (CloudSEK Product) – L1</strong></h4>
<ul>

<p>Serve as the <strong>first point of contact</strong> for customer issues via email, chat, or phone.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues using documentation and internal tools.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Record and track support issues in our ticketing system with clarity and precision.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with engineering and security teams to escalate unresolved issues.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Contribute to user guides and help documentation for common support queries.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Continuously learn and apply knowledge of cybersecurity and threat detection.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Brand Protection & Takedown Analyst</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Monitor, identify, and document <strong>phishing websites, fake domains, and impersonation profiles</strong> on social media platforms.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Initiate and manage <strong>takedown requests</strong> across hosting providers, registrars, and platforms.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide timely <strong>follow-ups and status updates</strong> to internal teams and stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist in building and maintaining <strong>playbooks, SOPs, and threat feeds</strong> relevant to brand abuse.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with the intelligence team to map phishing campaigns and related threat infrastructure.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. L1 Security Analyst (SOC/Threat Monitoring)</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>As a member of the comanaged services team, monitor alerts and incidents generated on the CloudSEK portal.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct <strong>initial triage and classification</strong> of potential threats.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Document response steps and escalate incidents as per defined protocols.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, TTPs, and security advisories.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Apply <strong>AI prompt engineering</strong> techniques to improve efficiency in threat detection and knowledge handling.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Desired Qualifications & Skills:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prior exposure or a strong interest in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or SOC operations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of phishing campaigns, social engineering tactics, and brand impersonation threats.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication skills (written & verbal).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work independently in a <strong>rotational shift environment</strong> supporting global customers.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with support ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Desk).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., VirusTotal, Whois, SIEM, OSINT tools).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Basic knowledge of cloud security, APIs, or red teaming (bonus, not required).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency with scripting (Python, Bash) or automation is a plus.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Certifications like CEH, Security+, or practical experience in phishing mitigation will be advantageous but not mandatory.</p>

<h3><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Onsite from our Bengaluru Office. </p>

<p><strong>Working hours:</strong> Rotational shifts to support a 24x7 operation but would mostly be to cover our customers in LTAM and USA (EST and PST).</p>
