Occupational Therapist – Equipment & Adaptations

<p>Liquid Personnel are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client for the Equipment and Adaptations Team in Sheffield.</p>

<ul>
<li>Complete OT assessments for equipment and adaptations.</li>
<li>Assess functional needs and recommend appropriate solutions.</li>
<li>Support service users to maximise independence and safety.</li>
<li>Complete risk and moving & handling assessments where required.</li>
<li>Work with health and social care professionals to achieve positive outcomes.</li>

<ul>
<li>Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.</li>
<li>Current HCPC registration.</li>
<li>Experience in equipment, adaptations or community OT is desirable.</li>
<li>Strong assessment and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. </li>
