<h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Plan and conduct research activities such as user interviews, concept testing, usability studies, surveys, and competitive reviews.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and actionable product recommendations.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Work with Product and Engineering to understand requirements, technical constraints, and opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Use research and feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity designs.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Contribute to shared design systems, components, and standards.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Participate in design critiques and collaborate with teammates to strengthen the quality of the work.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Communicate design rationale and research findings clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Support product experiments and help evaluate outcomes using user feedback and product data.</span></li>

<h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">BA/BS in Interaction or Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">2+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, UX research, or a related role.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">A portfolio or case studies that show your design process, research approach, and contribution to shipped or tested digital experiences.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products; mobile-first experience is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Working knowledge of user-centred design and research methods, including interviewing, usability testing, synthesis, and insight communication.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals, with attention to clear, intuitive experiences.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to collaborate effectively, receive feedback, and work through ambiguity with support from teammates.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong product intuition, with the ability to balance speed, experimentation, and long-term quality.</span></li>

<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, metrics-informed iteration).</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience contributing to a design system.</span></li>
