<p>You will be expected to show a high level of technical knowledge and professionalism at all times when responding to queries from international legal authorities, law firms and relevant third parties within a stipulated time-frame.</p>

<div>Attending to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives from all around the world while maintaining delivery of a high quality service level.</div>

<div>Liaising with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk and customer service teams ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.</div>

<div>Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.</div>
