About The Role

We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team based in Auckland.
In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to provide both strategic and operational people support that enables business success. You'll work across a broad range of people initiatives including workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, change management, leadership coaching, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
As a trusted advisor, you'll build strong relationships with leaders, help navigate complex people challenges, and support the delivery of people strategies that drive performance, growth, and great employee experiences. You'll collaborate with specialists across our wider People & Culture team to deliver practical, people-focused solutions and contribute to key organisational projects and transformation initiatives.

Ko wai koe | About you
You're an experienced People & Culture professional with a strong generalist background and a track record of partnering successfully with leaders in a complex environment.
You'll bring:
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters, organisational change, and leadership coaching.
- The ability to balance commercial outcomes with people-focused solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the resilience to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Most importantly, you're passionate about creating great people experiences. You're collaborative, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
