About The Role

ABOUT RESPIRE

Respire Homecare Services provides comprehensive, compassionate, and personalized home care services for patients and their families by fostering an environment that balances both the needs of our employees and the needs of the company through open communication, teamwork, trust, and mutual respect.

We embrace change and the opportunity it brings to establish and administer sound policies, rules and practices that treat employees with dignity and equality.

Our focus is on delivering patient centered home care services while being committed to recruiting, developing, rewarding, and retaining our most valuable resource – our employees.

The Pediatric Clinical Supervisor brings Respire’s pediatric clinical program to life - leading the daily clinical work that prepares medically complex children and their caregivers for a safe, coordinated transition home. From the earliest discharge-planning conversations through setup and ongoing care, the Supervisor partners with hospital case managers, families, Patient Navigation, and the pediatric respiratory team to build a clear transition plan, coordinate clinical and equipment needs, confirm caregiver readiness, and keep every handoff moving. <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559737":259,"335559738":240,"335559740":240}">

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role centered on pediatric programming, caregiver confidence, and continuity of care. The Supervisor coaches clinicians, directs workload and coverage, steps into complex patient situations, and ensures pediatric protocols, caregiver education, competency validation, and follow-up standards are carried out with both clinical excellence and empathy. The Supervisor works across Patient Navigation, Sales and Liaisons, Revenue Cycle, Warehouse and Delivery, and other clinical and operational teams so families experience one coordinated team rather than a series of handoffs. This role reports to the Senior Clinical Manager and has direct clinical reports. <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559737":259,"335559738":240,"335559740":240}">
