Technical Program Manager

A leading and growing company in Latin America is seeking:
Technical Program Manager
Program Management

Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.

Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.

Proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incident

Data Analysis & Modeling

Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Application Development & Visualization
-
Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
-
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.

Strong proficiency in:

Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows)

PowerApps (custom app development)
-
Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX)

Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced conversational English (will be assessed during the interview process).

Work arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the Mexico City office, with the possibility of transitioning to a fully on-site position.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico.

Salary: MXN $78,000 gross per month.
