About the Role:

We are currently looking for arestaurant managerto support the general manager in the successful day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations, guest experience and team performance.
Working closely with the wider Lifestyle Group, you will help implement new initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement and foster a positive, collaborative culture within the venue. You will lead by example, ensuring The Arbour delivers an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.
