<p>We are looking for a hands-on <strong>Field Service Technician</strong> to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites. If you enjoy working with electrical and mechanical equipment and solving technical problems, we'd like to hear from you.</p>
<p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Install, start up, and service cooling equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.</li>
<li>Replace faulty parts such as motors, sensors, relays, switches, actuators, and other components.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.</li>
<li>Read electrical wiring diagrams and basic technical drawings.</li>
<li>Test equipment and verify proper operation after repairs.</li>
<li>Complete service reports after each visit.</li>
<li>Provide professional customer service while working onsite.</li>
<li>Travel to customer locations when needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least <strong>2 years of hands-on experience</strong> repairing or maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.</li>
<li>Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, HVAC systems, manufacturing equipment, automation systems, compressors, pumps, generators, or similar machinery.</li>
<li>Ability to read electrical schematics.</li>
<li>Experience working on <strong>200-440V electrical equipment</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable replacing electrical and mechanical components.</li>
<li>Able to work independently in the field.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<p>Experience with any of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>HVAC equipment</li>
<li>Industrial maintenance</li>
<li>Electro-mechanical equipment</li>
<li>PLC-controlled equipment (basic knowledge is sufficient)</li>
<li>Motors</li>
<li>Sensors</li>
<li>Actuators</li>
<li>Servos</li>
<li>Pumps</li>
<li>Compressors</li>
<li>Data center cooling systems</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<p>A technical degree, trade school, military training, or vocational training is preferred <strong>but not required</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Candidates with strong hands-on experience are encouraged to apply even without a college degree.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Stand, bend, kneel, and work at customer locations.</li>
<li>Travel up to 20% as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Typically, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.</li>
<li>Occasional overtime and on-call support may be required.</li>
