Group Account Director, B2B

The Role
Wpromote is looking for a Group Account Director to lead the growth, retention, and strategic direction of some of our largest B2B client relationships. You will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, bringing deep experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition across long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
Reporting into the Head of B2B Client Delivery, you will oversee a portfolio of complex B2B accounts while guiding the account teams responsible for their success. You will develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, translate business and marketing objectives into integrated strategies, and ensure Wpromote delivers measurable value across every engagement. This role will also be responsible for identifying organic growth opportunities, managing account health and profitability, and developing account leaders across SaaS, professional services, and enterprise clients.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $140,000 - $165,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
