Joiner / Kitchen Fitter
Bolton/ Bury/ Preston | Price Work / Day Rate Available

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of social housing refurbishment projects, Connollys is looking for experienced Joiners / Kitchen Fitters to join our teams.
If you take pride in your work, can complete kitchen installations to a high standard and are comfortable working in occupied homes, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Full kitchen installations within occupied social housing properties
- Preparing areas ready for installation
- Fitting kitchen base and wall units, worktops, end panels, plinths etc
- Cutting and fitting worktops, including sink and hob cut-outs
- Adjusting and finishing doors, drawers, hinges and units
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery, including skirting boards, architraves and associated finishing works
- Making good and completing minor multi-trade tasks where required
- Working from kitchen layouts and specifications
- Ensuring each kitchen is left finished, tidy and to a good standard for the resident
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Joiner / Kitchen Fitter
- Proven experience completing full kitchen installations
- Previous social housing/refurbishment experience preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools and transport
- Comfortable working in occupied properties and around residents
- Able to work independently and complete work to a good standard
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Applicants must be willing to complete CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness training within 4 weeks of starting if required
