<p data-path-to-node="6">As a Senior .NET/Blazor Software Developer, you will serve as a technical backbone for enterprise modernizations within our clients' engineering PODs. You will anchor end-to-end software engineering initiatives—ranging from deep code analysis and architectural refactoring to tech stack upgrades—while building scalable, high-performance web applications using the latest Microsoft stack, including <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="399">.NET 8+</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="411">Blazor</strong>.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="7">This role is critical to modernizing legacy architectures into resilient, production-ready enterprise applications. Working embedded within an agile Scrum environment, you will translate high-level product strategy into actionable technical plans, conduct research and tool evaluations, and document foundational patterns and standards that elevate overall engineering quality across the team.</p>
