About the team:
This position is a part of the Implementation team. We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced analyst to our growing team.
What you will be doing:

• Design, implement, test, maintain and support applications software with thorough data analysis, product mapping, gather forms and data files from clients and assess requirements for software utilization.
• Provides implementation-conversion – develops and manages master conversion plan for implementation from a readiness to full production environment.
• Implementation & conversion support involving data mapping requiring strong analytical and technical skills
• Analyse and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
• Work closely with operations teams and client service representatives to understand business requirements.
• Provides implementation support typically in a defined project.

What you bring:

• Typically, 3+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Excellent knowledge of UNIX.
• Able to write and execute SQL queries.
• Experience in Perl programming is a plus but not necessary.
• Provides implementation-conversion – develops and manages master conversion plan for implementation

• Knowledge/experience in operational testing and working with operations, client support teams.
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Requires high attention to detail.
• Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledge.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
