About The Role

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services and act as the final escalation point for complex incidents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Perform tenant administration, health monitoring, and service optimization.

Exchange Online

  • Manage Exchange Online administration, mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and compliance policies.
  • Troubleshoot complex mailbox, calendaring, mail routing, and hybrid Exchange issues.
  • Support email migration and modernization initiatives.

Microsoft Teams

  • Administer Teams policies, governance, voice configurations, and collaboration services.
  • Troubleshoot Teams client, meeting, calling, and integration issues.
  • Support Teams adoption and optimization initiatives.

SharePoint Online

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, storage, content management, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot site performance, access, search, and integration issues.
  • Support collaboration and document management solutions.

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Administer user lifecycle management, groups, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
  • Manage SSO, application integrations, and federation services.
  • Support identity security, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain Microsoft security best practices.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and security investigations.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enhance tenant security posture.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
  • Create operational runbooks and knowledge articles.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong expertise in:

o Exchange Online
o Microsoft Teams
o SharePoint Online
o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
  • Experience with hybrid environments and identity synchronization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
  • Experience with Intune, Purview, Defender, and Power Platform is desirable.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead major incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience working in global 24x7 enterprise environments.
