Job Description
This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Support
- Support daily operational activities for dual and concurrent enrollment programs
- Support the program through the review of Dual Enrollment Student records in Canusia and PeopleSoft and make updates when/where appropriate
- Assist with compliance requirements related to NSHE, institutional, and partner school district policies
- Support program reporting, data collection, and assessment activities
- Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and program documentation
Admissions and Enrollment Support
- Assist students and families with admissions, registration, and college requirements
- Monitor High School Applications, DE Participation Agreements, Enrollments and resolve issues as needed
myWNC and Student Technology Support
- Provide assistance to students, affiliates, and high school administration using Canusla and myWNC
- Troubleshoot account access, student portal issues, and navigation concerns
- Assist with the development of instructions, guides, and communications related to student technology resources
Student and Partner School Support
- Respond to questions regarding enrollment procedures, deadlines, and program requirements
- Participate in outreach activities, orientations, information sessions, and partner meetings
- Support communication efforts with school district and community partners
Records, Reporting, and Compliance
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Reconcile enrollment data between institutional systems and partner school records
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and institutional confidentiality requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to interpret and apply institutional policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, faculty, and educational partners
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgement
- Demonstrated proficiency with student information systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2 years experience in student services, admissions, enrollment management, education, or related administrative functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, or K-12 partnerships
- Knowledge of NSHE policies and student information systems such as PeopleSoft
- Experience providing student technology or portal support
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and compliance processes
