Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and installations across facility systems and infrastructure to support safe, reliable, and compliant healthcare operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, utility, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and infrastructure issues and complete emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to improve system reliability and reduce equipment downtime.
- Monitor and support utility systems, including compressed air and emergency power systems.
- Perform general facility upkeep, including minor repairs, painting, and related maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, equipment performance, and associated costs.
- Coordinate with hospital staff, vendors, and facility leadership to complete maintenance activities with minimal impact to operations.
- Ensure compliance with Life Safety, Environment of Care, State Fire Marshal, OSHA, infection control, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Follow safe work practices, including lockout/tagout, hot work, and confined space procedures.
- Support a safe and functional environment for patients, visitors, and staff through effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Must be enrolled in an INTEGRIS Health-approved apprentice program within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or similar complex environments
