Confirming Dispatcher

<p>TIMEPROOFUSA is looking for a Confirming Dispatcher to support our scheduling and sales operations. This role is responsible for confirming customer appointments, managing the dispatch board, and keeping sales representatives’ calendars full.</p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who is fast, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contact customers to confirm appointments</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the dispatch/scheduling board</li>
<li>Update and move leads and appointments throughout the system</li>
<li>Reschedule appointments to maximize sales representatives’ calendars</li>
<li>Communicate appointment times and changes to customers</li>
<li>Make a high volume of customer calls while maintaining professionalism</li>
<li>Process information quickly and accurately</li>
<li>Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment opportunities</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the CRM</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>ServiceTitan experience required</li>
<li>Five9 experience is a strong plus</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality</li>
<li>Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls</li>
<li>Able to work quickly and make scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills</li>
<li>Empathetic and customer-focused</li>
<li>Comfortable learning and communicating company products and services</li>
<li>Confident, proactive, and accountable</li>
