<p><strong>Why be a Supply Planner at THG Nutrition?</strong></p>
<p>As a Supply Planner in THG’s Nutrition & Wellness division, you’ll be at the heart of a rapidly growing function, influencing the availability of raw materials and shaping the supply processes of one of the fastest‑growing sports nutrition brands in the world. You’ll have opportunities to develop your analytical and planning skills, collaborate across multiple teams, and contribute directly to improving key processes. <p><strong>As a Supply Planner, you’ll:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure raw material availability across THG’s Nutrition manufacturing sites.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules in line with inbound capacity.</li>
<li>Produce regular reports on current and forecasted stock positions, highlighting potential shortages.</li>
<li>Align with production and demand planning teams to ensure forecasted and actual usage align within tolerance.</li>
<li>Raise purchase orders covering long‑term contracts in line with demand.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What skills and experience do I need for this role?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong numerical and reporting skills, particularly in Excel; SQL experience desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently using initiative.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a supply chain or commercial environment advantageous.</li>
<li>Understanding of e‑commerce desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li>
