The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. As we continue to grow we are adding on to our current accounting department on our Inventory team.
This is an on-site position in NW Raleigh, Monday through Friday.

What we are looking for:

  • Setting up floorplan payoff
  • Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise
  • Paying all transportation bills
  • Getting titles ready for auction for our locations
  • Posting payments for wholesales
  • Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory
  • Billing all wholesale deals
  • Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules
  • Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan
  • Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • All other tasks/projects as assigned
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience (preferred)
  • Supervisory or Team Lead skills with the ability to coach, train and give day-to-day direction and feedback
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
