<p data-pasted="true">Alliance Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team<strong>. </strong></p>

<p> We’re Alliance, and for nearly 40 years, we have supported those who create, construct, install, deploy, and maintain wireless technology. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul type="disc">
<li><span data-teams="true">Receive, unload, and verify incoming products and shipments.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Store and organize products using RF scanners and first in first out procedures.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Load and unload products safely and accurately.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and restocking as needed.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Follow company safety procedures and applicable GMP requirements.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Work with warehouse team members to support daily operations.</span></li>
<li>Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.</li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Perform other warehouse duties and cross-train as needed.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-teams="true">Requirements</span></strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li><span data-teams="true">2 - 4 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">2 - 4 years of Forklift and reach truck experience</span><span data-teams="true"><br></span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Basic math, writing, computer, and Microsoft Office skills, to include email and Excel.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle products and inventory.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Perform daily cycle counts and participate in annual inventory count.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Ability to follow established safety procedures and safe lifting practices.</span></li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Full-time availability with occasional overtime work based on operational needs.</span><span data-teams="true"><br></span></li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>High School diploma/GED</li>
<li>Experience in the telecommunications industry</li>
<li>Reach Truck experience </li>
<li>RF handheld experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pay Rate: $24.00 - 26.00/hour CAD</strong></p>
