<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Techno is looking for a driven and creative <span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71);"><strong>Senior Marketing Coordinator</strong></span> to help advance our growth across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure markets. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys crafting compelling content, and understands how strategic messaging contributes to winning work.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials from kickoff through submission.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop compelling, client-focused proposal content.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, firm qualifications, and business development materials.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, award submissions, brochures, and other marketing communications.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support capture planning by developing strategic messaging, key differentiators, and visual concepts.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and business development initiatives.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Help manage website content, digital marketing, and social media communications.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure all materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements.</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">3–5 years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support experience.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">AEC industry experience preferred.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience preparing proposals and qualifications for public and private sector clients.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with New York and New Jersey public agency procurement processes preferred.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
