&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PAY RATES: £16.81 - £21.01 per hour (including holiday pay).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Shifts&lt;/strong&gt; - &lt;strong&gt;Monday -Friday, 08:00-17:00.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;12 months UK-based experience in a community setting&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong personal values and ethical standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Dedication, commitment and stability.&lt;/p&gt;
