<ul>
<li>The Summer Analyst internship is a 10-week immersive program beginning in early June 2027</li>
<li>Direct collaboration with Full-Time Analysts and Associates to perform complex financial analysis specializing in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and fairness opinions</li>
<li>Engagement in small deal teams alongside two or more senior members to analyze and execute mergers and acquisitions and principal investment transactions</li>
<li>Hands-on opportunities to work closely with clients and perform financial modeling and valuation analyses</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028</li>
<li>Demonstrated academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher</li>
<li>U.S. citizen or permanent resident</li>
<li>Will not require future sponsorship</li>
</ul>

<p>The base compensation for this role will begin at the annualized rate of $110,000 per year.</p>
