<p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and overall facilities management. </li>
<li>Supervise and lead the operations and maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. </li>
<li>Plan, implement, and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance tasks. </li>
<li>Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality service delivery. </li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to maintain safety, presentation, and operational standards. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, compliance, and asset registers. </li>
<li>Ensure health, safety, fire, and building regulations are fully complied with at all times. </li>
<li>Coordinate with community managers and front-of-house teams to minimize disruption to members during maintenance or events. </li>
<li>Support sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and waste management practices. </li>
<li>Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or urgent issues, providing a professional and effective resolution. </li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Works Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar role in a commercial, co-working, or hospitality environment. </li>
<li>Experience managing teams, contractors, and service providers. </li>
<li>Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills. </li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership abilities. </li>
<li>Understanding of health & safety, fire safety, and compliance requirements </li>
