Role Summary :
Delta Capita's Consulting business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Financial Services consulting salesperson to drive new client acquisition across the UK market.
This is a true new business development role focused on winning net-new logos across banking, financial institutions, challenger banks, building societies and fintechs.
You will be responsible for opening relationships with prospective clients and converting them into long-term consulting customers across our core practices:

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Consulting. You will have direct access to Delta Capita's leadership team, consulting practice leaders and subject matter experts, supporting you throughout the sales cycle.
Once a client is won, delivery and account leadership teams will take responsibility for ongoing growth and delivery, allowing you to remain focused on developing new opportunities and expanding the client base.
The role is based in London with a hybrid working model and regular client-facing engagement.
