About The Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, event operations, and brand representation. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, helping coordinate events, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare event areas, displays, materials, and supplies.
- Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
- Present and explain products and services in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming event environment.
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with displays.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
