PT Fine-Dining Bartender - RED PrimeSteak

RED PrimeSteak is Oklahoma City’s premier modern steakhouse, known for its sleek design, exceptional service, and upscale atmosphere. We’re seeking Bartenders who delivers refined drinks and Extreme Hospitality in every guest experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for
our guests, and upholding A Good Egg Dining Group’s mission, vision and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beer, spirits and wine.
• Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons.
• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
• Clear and reset tables in bar area.
• Monitor guest’s alcohol intake.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
• Answer phone professionally and according to restaurant standards.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Possess an above average to excellent knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common drink recipes.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
